❤️ Write it out! It’s important to define what’s bothering you and then slowly eliminating the problem instead of having that worry constantly in your head!
❤️ Talk to someone who gets it. If you have a really close friend or family members who you can vent to, it’s okay to tell them what’s bothering you! If you don’t, you can always DM me!
❤️ Remember controlling anxiety takes time! I used to struggle with it and I still do! You can’t get rid of it over night but you can take baby steps to removing it from your life for good!
